E.J. Bonilla in Four

Following his stellar performance in Susan Seidelman’s feel-good winner Musical Chairs at MIFF 2012, E.J. Bonilla went on to share best actor prize at the Los Angeles Film Festival (LAFF) this past weekend along with Wendell Pierce, Emory Cohen and Aja Naomi King for their performances in the World Premiere of Joshua Sanchez’s Four.

As the HEAT continues to shake up the city… Four revolves around a high-school dropout and one-time basketball star Dexter (Bonilla), a charmer who hides his sensitivity behind flirty posturing. But he’s a needy little boy inside, and that’s what makes him so attractive to Abigayle (Aja Naomi King).
