Festival Policy
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. No Replacements. Any applicable discounts must be applied before the transaction is completed. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend Festival parties. Management has the right to ask for ID to verify tickets. Use of personal electronic devices such as phones, computers, tablets, etc. inside the screening rooms is strictly prohibited. Use of any photographic, video, or audio recording devices inside the theaters, without written permission of the management, is strictly prohibited. Search Policy: Purses, backpacks, satchels, and bags of any kind are subject to inspection, at Management’s discretion. Management has the right to refuse admission, without a refund, if patron is not compliant with any of these policies.
