Luna hopes for a peaceful hiking trip to reconnect with her brother, Casey. Instead, he shows up with an unexpected tag-along: his fiancée, an insufferable, self-absorbed actress whose presence immediately derails the reunion Luna imagined. The tension only deepens when the fiancée’s ex, Tristan, crashes the trip uninvited, creating a simmering rift within the group.
As they set out on the trail, Luna tries—and repeatedly fails—to find a moment of closeness with her brother. Every attempt is undercut by the fiancée’s constant one-upping, leaving Luna feeling like she’s suddenly competing for her own family. Meanwhile, the fiancée’s assistant sneaks off to secretly hook up with Tristan, a fling that ends abruptly when the fiancée discovers them and brutally murders him.
Forced to hide the body, the fiancée spirals further. When the assistant goes looking for Tristan, she becomes the next victim. Hearing screams in the distance, Luna and Casey rush to help—only for Casey to be stabbed when he still tries to defend his bride-to-be. Luna, now fully aware of the danger, is left to confront the killer head-on as the trip descends into bloodshed and betrayal.
