In the delightful Time Warp, 25-year-old Kenny Starling is doing something audacious in quiet Rock Springs, Wyoming: He is staging a shadow cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The film follows Kenny and his extraordinary cast as they rehearse, discover, transform, and also wonder: Will their neighbors turn up and cheer them on?
