Erupcja

Starring Charli XCX and shot guerilla-style in Warsaw, Poland, Erupcja follows two women as they compulsively complicate their romantic lives. Nel (Lena Góra) lives in Warsaw, where she works at a flower shop. When her childhood friend Bethany (Charli XCX) comes to visit with a new boyfriend, a volcano, as if by fate, erupts, causing the trio to become entangled in a romantic web that forces them to question their place in the universe.

Grammy-winning artist Charli XCX has been intentionally focusing on film since she completed her Brat era, and is having a huge year with The Moment, The Gallerist, and the Wuthering Heights score. She also appears in Gregg Araki’s  I Want Your Sex, screening at Miami Film Festival.
