Professional and Press Accreditation Conduct

Accreditation is a privilege, not a right. Accredited press, content creators, and industry professionals are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respectful conduct, both in person and online.

The Festival reserves the right to deny, revoke, or suspend accreditation at any time if an individual’s conduct, in the Festival’s sole discretion, undermines a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. This includes conduct occurring before, during, or after the Festival.

Violation of this Code may result in loss of access, removal from Festival venues, denial of future accreditation, or cancellation of credentials and benefits without refund.

By watching films, seminars, Q&A’s or other virtual content you agree to:

  • Abide by all terms and conditions as set by the Festival, Miami Dade College and Homeland Security’s National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center
  • Refrain from screen shots, video or audio recordings of all materials
  • Refrain from sharing your link with any other user or IP address
  • Watch all content within the time parameters set

Enforcement

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from Festival venues, suspension or termination of virtual access, revocation of accreditation, cancellation of membership and associated benefits, and/or denial of future participation, without refund.

The Festival reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate to address violations and protect the safety and wellbeing of its community.
