Accreditation Guidelines

  • Individual applications required: Each media representative or content creator must submit their own accreditation application.
  • Guest policy: If approved, accreditation and ticket access are issued only to the approved applicant. Guests and plus-ones are not permitted, except in rare, pre-approved circumstances due to limited theater and event capacity. Any exception must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing by the Festival’s press team.
  • Access confirmation: Approved access and ticketing details are confirmed via email in advance. Accreditation is not available on-site, and the Festival does not manage RSVP lists at theater doors or on red carpets, with rare exceptions.
  • Film crews: Please include filming details and total crew size under “Type of Coverage.”
  • Interviews and assets: Interview requests, high-resolution images, and b-roll must be coordinated through the press team.

We look forward to working with you during the 43rd annual Miami Film Festival. To stay up-to-date on screenings, event happenings, press releases, and participating talent, please follow @miamifilm on Instagram and visit www.miamifilmfestival.com
