A group of deaf and disabled friends—Anthony, Scott, Julian, and Fatima—are fed up with being pushed around by Anthony's older brother, Steelo, a drug dealer. After overhearing Steelo on the phone with his top boy, they hatch a plan to get to a stash of drugs before him as payback.
