As the military coup of September 1973 destabilizes Chile, Jorge Silva, an Air Force captain, is forced to transform his academy into a clandestine torture center. Attempting to remain a bystander to the unfolding horror, Silva's neutrality is shattered by the arrival of Colonel Jahn, a ruthless rival with a personal vendetta.
