Top Latin American artists unite for a reading of excerpts from Gabriel García Márquez's 100 Years of Solitude, which tells the story of a town that succumbs to a highly contagious plague of sleeplessness and amnesia. The narration is accompanied by apt and current real-world images, drawing parallels between the magical realism of García Márquez's novel and the surreal circumstances we live in.

Leonardo Aranguibel is a director, executive producer, and scriptwriter. He has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Universidad Central de Venezuela. He has also studied Cinema-TV directing and scriptwriting at London International Film School, England.
