Adam Scott joins Miami Film Festival to talk about his new film Hokum, and reflect on an extensive career that includes roles in Parks and Recreation and Severance, the latter garnering him Emmy, Golden Globe, and Actor awards, and a Critics’ Choice win.
Scott has also starred in Big Little Lies alongside Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, and Meryl Streep, and had a recurring role on The Good Place, for which he received a Teen Choice Award. His other television work includes Loot, opposite Maya Rudolph; Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone; Party Down; and Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later.
In film, Scott has worked with some of the industry’s most respected directors, from Martin Scorsese (The Aviator) to Adam McKay (Step Brothers) and Judd Apatow (Knocked Up).
