Days of Happiness (Les jours heureux)

Emma, a talented conductor and rising star on the Montreal stage, has a complicated relationship with her father and agent, Patrick. She must confront her emotions to succeed in navigating her career and her romantic relationship with Naëlle, a newly separated cellist and mother of a young boy.
Days of Happiness is the third feature by Chloé Robichaud, following the critical, public, and international festival successes of Sarah Prefers to Run (2013) and Boundaries (2016). Maestro Yannick Nézet-Séguin, principal conductor and artistic director of the Metropolitan Orchestra, served as the film’s musical consultant, while the Metropolitan Orchestra collaborated both in recording musical pieces and filming the movie.
