Arriving fresh from its premiere, Bob Trevino Likes It centers around a people-pleasing young woman who, while searching for her estranged father online, unexpectedly forms a close bond with a grieving, childless man with the same name on Facebook.

The film is based on the true-life story of director Tracie Laymon and stars Barbie Ferreira (Euphoria) and John Leguizamo (The Menu) as two strangers whose blossoming friendship becomes a vital source of connection and healing. Bob’s small acts of fatherly kindness hold the power to change Lily’s life forever and fill a void within her.

In their own ways, these two strangers must both learn that they are worthy of an extraordinary love, exemplified in small acts of kindness.
