Enhance MDCʼs Tower Theater Miami patrons’ movie-going experience by providing superior customer service.


  • Greet and direct patrons
  • Inform patrons about prices and policies
  • Answer questions from patrons and resolve any concerns
  • Operate point-of-sale systems
    • Sell and redeem tickets
    • Assemble concessions orders
    • Sell gift cards
    • Enroll and renew guests in our membership
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including but not limited to:
    • Set-up registers
    • Open theater doors
    • Manage daily inventory and restock product as needed
    • Report box office and concessions sales for the day
    • Balance cash registers at the end of the night
  • Perform daily maintenance duties, including but not limited to:
    • Maintain theater lobby, auditoriums, concessions and box office areas clean and presentable
  • Be familiar with theater’s programming and events
  • Make certain theater’s customer service is friendly, helpful and efficient
  • Assist other team members as needed



Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred
Some background in sales and customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work well with other team members, all personalities at various levels

Position is Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off, during theater hours of operation (maximum 40 hours a week)
