AIRPORT GREETERS
Type: Short-Term
Festival Runs: March 4 – 13, 2022
Airport Greeters are responsible for successfully ensuring all guest arrivals.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming Festival guests at Miami International Airport (MIA) as they exit their terminals
- Working proactively with Festival Guest Services Department, as well as MIA and American Airlines Service Agents, to ensure timely and efficient guest arrivals
- Working with Transportation Coordinator to ensure proper driver arrivals
- Assisting guests with any questions and concerns
- Other duties, as assigned, to ensure our service meets the need of our guests
Emphasis will be placed on creating a top-notch guest experience and following a highly organized travel system in an intense, high-energy environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, and always exhibit flexibility and a positive outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Must be able to attend Festival’s a training/orientation session taking place prior to March 4, 2022.
Please note this role requires being available at irregular hours as it is subject to airport arrival times.
