The Festival is seeking seasonal team members for various roles for the 2016 season.

Distribution Coordinator

The Distribution Coordinator works with Activation to mobilize the Festival on-site logistics, managing the flow of resources, supplies, equipment, and materials that are transported between origin and destination venues throughout the course of the Festival.  Distribution requires effective integration of information, transportation, inventory, storage, material handling, and delivery scheduling. Some heavy lifting and physical labor required.  Coordinator will work independently within a set schedule, and must reliably deliver assignments on time, and report results accurately with little supervision.

Extended hours and weekend work will be required leading up to and during the Festival. Position dates: February 29 – March 16, 2016, and for 2 days of pre-festival training/orientation.  To apply, please send cover letter and resume to

Airport Greeters

The Festival is currently seeking applicants for the temporary positions of Airport Greeters.   Airport Greeters work at Miami International Airport to retrieve and welcome Festival filmmakers and guests, and connect them with Festival Ground Transportation.  Candidates must be comfortable working independently and proactively, and be strong communicators with an outgoing, friendly personality.  Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.   Position runs March 2-13, 2016.  Early morning, extended hours, and weekend work will be required during the Festival.  To apply, please email resume and cover letter to
